Austria Standard Shipping:

Shipping costs 4.99€ (2-5 business days)

Shipping is free for orders over 50€.

 

Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Standard Shipping:

Shipping costs 9.99€ (3-7 business days)

Shipping is free for orders over 70€.

Italy Standard Shipping:

Shipping costs 14.99€ (3-7 business days)

Shipping is free for orders of 90€ or more.


We usually deliver within 2-7 business days. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Almost all orders confirmed by 2 p.m. Monday to Friday are prepared the same day and usually arrive within 2-7 business days.

How can I track my shipment?

You can find information about the location of your package in the GLS tracking information. The delivery driver will also leave a notification card. You can track your shipment online using the tracking ID.
